How long does it take once the installation is finished before my internet becomes active?
a Typical Installation takes approximately 3 hours to complete, after which your internet will be immediately active.

Do I need to pay upfront before the installation can happen and my internet becomes active?
No, we do not force you to make any upfront payments, we will install, and we can sort out the payment processes afterwards.

Do I need to sign any contracts?
No, all our packages are month to month, and you can cancel at any time, we do however ask for a month's notice for a cancellation.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my internet package and are costs involved?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time after the installation for a minimum of 1 month.
There are no costs involved in upgrading or downgrading, however because of the risk we take in looking after the equipment, we only allow packages to be downgraded after a consecutive period of 6 months with us.
After the 6-month period your will be able to upgrade or downgrade your respective package at any time for a minimum of 1 month.
